H&P is glad to finish 2023 with excellent financial results, the largest and more robust since the Bangkok law firm was originally founded. During 2023 our Bangkok law firm experienced a surge in terms of number of clients regarding 2022, with new 268 clients only in 2023.
All areas of practice grew exponentially, including litigation (especially criminal law proceedings), company incorporations (limited companies and rep offices), professional works for high-net-worth individuals in Thailand (Thai Tax Law and purchase/sale of real estate) and accounting.

-Last 26th of June 2023, our law firm was appointed, via Mr. Apiwat Numbabteng, as the consulting lawyer for the country of Mexico in Thailand for the period between 2023 to 2028.
-Last Tuesday 27th of June 2023, H&P was selected as a speaker by Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) to deliver a lecture at “Think Thailand for your Business and Investment Expansion”.
-Last July 2023, our law firm in Thailand became member of the Association of European Attorneys AEA.
-Last Tuesday 18th of July 2023, H&P had the honor to receive a delegation and a summer study tour group of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law school at our office in Bangkok. Zhejiang University is one of China’s top higher educative institutions and one of the oldest at the People’s Republic of China.
– H&P sponsored the celebration of the National Day of Singapore in Thailand last 16th of August 2023 at Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai in Bangkok. With the support of BNH Hospital, Q Hunter, Bumrungrad International Hospital and UOB among others.
-Last Monday 11th of September 2023, H&P had the honor to receive the visit of H.E. Itzel Karina Chen Chan, Ambassador of Panama in Thailand at our Bangkok law firm office.
-Finally on December 2023, H&P was engaged by a Thai public petrochemicals company for the 4th time.
