H&P is glad to have been selected during March 2022 by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to participate in a legal opinion on Legal Barriers to Sexual and Gender Minorities’ Inclusion, identifying laws and regulations that discriminate against or aim to protect sexual and gender minorities.
H&P is one of the selected legal contributors in Thailand of this ADB research reviewing and commenting the laws affecting, Access to Inclusive Education, Access to the Labor Market, Access to Public Services and Social Protection, Civil and Political Inclusion, Criminalization, and Protection from Hate Crimes.
