H&P is glad to announce that the law firm in Thailand consolidated the revenue and financial results of 2020 during 2021 despite the negative effects of the pandemic in the Thai and global economy.
In terms of law practice, litigation was the main area during almost the entire 2021, followed by “private clients” practice. Nevertheless, during the last quarter of 2021, corporate and commercial law services surged with a significant number of new BOI applications and company incorporations.

In March, three lawyers of H&P received certificates of appreciation by the World Bank for our works and contributions on “Doing Business 2021”.
In April, H&P launched its first Pro Bono Program to provide the access to high quality legal services to people who cannot afford these professional services
In September, Thammasat University invited Herrera and Partners (H&P) to be selected speakers at LL.B. Law firm Career and Internship Fair 2021.
In October, the firm was engaged in one of the largest investments of Latin America into Thailand in the pharmaceutical sector.
Finally on November, H&P provided legal support in one of the largest transactions of a Thai company into Europe in the sector of petrochemicals.
