Today Tuesday 18th of July 2023, our law firm in Thailand H&P had the honor to receive a delegation and a summer study tour group of Zhejiang University Guanghua Law school at our office in Bangkok.
Zhejiang University is one of China’s top higher educative institutions and one of the oldest at the People’s Republic of China.
The day started with a short visit to H&P office, the delivery of a small but meaningful present from Zhejiang University to H&P and a picture was taken at the entrance of the Bangkok law firm.
Later H&P offered a business breakfast at our business club to all our guests and Mr. Jose Herrera, founder of H&P, delivered a seminar on the topic “Doing Business in Thailand” from a legal perspective.
The seminar emphasized on the professional experience of our lawyers working for Chinese companies in Thailand and emphasizing the deep historical and cultural relationships between the People’s Republic of China and Thailand.
The participation and several questions by the Chinese law students were focused on Thailand Foreign Business Act and other relevant regulations for foreigners investing in Thailand.
Finally, Zhejiang University and H&P representatives agreed to strength our relationships with a future visit of H&P lawyers to the university in China.
