This month of July 2022, H&P is glad to announce that Mr. Surawit Sattawon has joined the law firm in Bangkok as an associate lawyer
Mr. Surawit Sattawon graduated from Chiang Mai University in 2017, and obtained a Lawyer License in 2018.
While he was holding a Lawyer License, he has worked as a Litigator for two of the top three private hospitals in Thailand. Representing these private Hospitals, he was the one who prosecuted other parties and dealt with the Office of the Court of Justice in Thailand to charge, especially in Civil Litigation.
Apart from his works for the medical private sector, he has experience in Business Rehabilitation cases, requesting and negotiating the debt payment with the Legal Execution Department in the Central Bankruptcy Court.
In 2019, he obtained the Notary Services Attorney License from the Lawyer’s Council.
Recently he gained a notable experience in international litigation prosecuting in lawsuits against the other defendants outside the Kingdom of Thailand.
Then in 2020, Mr. Surawit was accepted to become a member the Thai Bar Association, and in 2022. Finally, he obtained a Certificate in the Constitutional Justice System. He works in Thai and English languages.
