H&P is glad to announce that Mrs. Nakarn Tungwongprasert joined our firm as an Associate Lawyer at our office in Bangkok. Mrs. Nakarn obtained her Bachelor Degree in Law at Chulalongkorn University with first class honors.
Before joining H&P she worked for two prestigious international law firms and worked as a legal officer for a leading digital service Provider.
Since she joined H&P, Mrs. Nakarn has assisted clients in corporate and commercial law matters.
She is member of the Thai Bar and holds a lawyer license. Mrs. Nakarn works in Thai, English and has knowledge in German language.
Some of the milestones of her career and professional Experience includes:
-Legal advice to a Chinese multinational technology conglomerate and a Thai Fashion group in 2020
-Prepare legal opinion for a pharmaceutical company in Thailand in 2021
-Provide legal advice to one of the main Thai companies in the sector of petrochemicals in 2021
