Herrera and Partners Co Ltd (H&P) is glad to announce that the Bangkok law firm revenue ratio grew a 175% in 2020 compared with 2019.
This announcement is an enormous success due to the professional commitment of all the lawyers and paralegals of H&P in Thailand despite the negative effects of the Covid-19 pandemic in the global economy. In fact, the law firm continued hiring new Associate lawyers in 2020, did not freeze salaries but increased most of the employee’ salaries during 2020 and continued providing monthly incentives to the key lawyers.
But 2020 was not only a milestone for the revenue of H&P but also for its credentials and reputation in the legal sector in Thailand. In January 2020, World Bank issued two certificates of appreciation for our professional works on Public Procurement in Thailand and protecting the minority investors. In September 2020, H&P was recognized as a “Rising Star” by the prestigious Asia Business Law Journal. During November 2020, H&P was recognized and listed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway.
Mr. Jose Herrera, Managing Partner of H&P, said: “Although we were forced to postpone our plans of expansions in Vietnam in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the firm, due its solid foundation and credentials, continued growing in Thailand and the revenue of the firm experimented an outstanding and sustainable growth”.
In the late 2020 H&P started to promote the Internship Programs to encourage fresh graduates to join the firm and recently in 2021 the firm launched its first Pro Bono Program.
