Executive Secretary
Ms. Warisarang is founder at H&P. She is originally from Nan province in North of Thailand. In 2015 she obtained her Bachelor Degree on Business Administration with a major on Management and Entrepreneurship at one of the most famous international universities in Thailand.
Her professional career before joining H&P had two milestones. The first one is her work for a Chinese multinational company specialized on Immigration and Citizenship by Investment services. The second one was her work for an asset management and construction consultancy firm headquartered in Jersey island.
She has excellent credentials working on Visa and Work Permit applications for foreigners in Thailand and nowadays she delivers an excellent service in Long Term Residence for foreign individuals in Thailand as well as she manages all the compliance for our corporate clients.
Her smart attitude, motivation and problem-solving mentality are extremely useful for the clients that need zero risk and secretarial services in Thailand. She works in English, Thai and Hmong languages.

-Secretarial management of a large number of companies and liaison with Thai Public officers
-Assistance to solve highly complex Immigration problems of Mexican, Brazilian, UK, Nepalese, Spanish, Australian and Italian clients in 2020 and 2021
-Obtain Long Term Residence, Non-B Visa under FBA companies and BOI companies, Retirement Visa and Marriage visa and negotiations with Immigration.
-Compliance for companies in Thailand in payroll, Tax, and accountancy services.
-Provide advice to foreign high-net-worth individuals on visa aspects and assistance at Chaengwattana Immigration in Bangkok.
-Support the work of H&P accounting department and deliver secretarial services to foreign investors in Thailand
– Assistance to open bank accounts in Thailand for foreign companies, Thai companies and private clients in THB, USD and Euro.
