Ms. Suppaluk Thitiprasert is a Senior Associate Lawyer at Herrera & Partners’ Bangkok office. She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Thammasat University. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Ms. Suppaluk has worked for several years advising investors on establishing legal entities in Thailand.
She specializes in providing legal opinions and practical solutions in corporate matters, as well as assisting clients with work permit and visa applications. Her expertise extends to guiding businesses through the entire lifecycle of operations, from initial setup to the final stages of liquidation.
She has substantial experience in conducting due diligence, handling Board of Investment (BOI) applications, Foreign Business License (FBL) applications, and facilitating compliance under the U.S.- Thailand Treaty of Amity. She has gained a deep understanding of different business models and foreign investment by advising on commercial contracts and Board of Investment BOI. She provides strategic legal advice and supports clients in structuring their businesses to operate smoothly and in full compliance with Thai laws.
She holds a Thai Lawyer License and is proficient in both Thai and English, enabling her to effectively communicate and represent clients across diverse industries.
