Mr. Sanhakit Mamaethong obtained his Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the University of the Thai
Chamber of Commerce in 2016. He heads H&P Bangkok accounting and tax practice handling and
advising foreign investors, private companies and high net worth individuals in Bangkok.
Before joining with H&P, he gained an enormous experience by working for an accounting firm with a certification of accounting practice issued by Department of Business Development.
In his current position as accountant in H&P, he works for both: private clients and companies incorporated in Thailand by issuing withholding tax certificates, sale tax & purchase Tax report, Social Security fund monthly report, submission to the Thai Revenue Department and Social Security office.
Mr. Sanhakit also has experience liaising with tax officers behalf of the clients, payroll, Tax calculations, Tax Planning and Tax refunds. He has been able to reach excellent results in negotiations with the Thai Revenue Department and provided advise on Social Security, Tax and Accountancy planning for limited companies, BOI promoted companies and Rep Offices in Thailand.
He also works close to auditors to close annual financial statements and works with accounting programs such as Express or Xero. He works in Thai and English languages.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
-Full accountancy and compliance for numerous limited liability companies, Rep Office and BOI promoted companies in Thailand.
-Design strategies for foreign investors for tax optimization in Thailand based on both: Thai and international tax regulations
-Tax Planning and liaison with Revenue Department officers to reach payment planning.
-Tax opinions on DTA Singapore and Thailand for private individuals.
-Represent clients to the Revenue Department and Social Insurance conducting successful meetings and negotiations with representatives of the public sector.
-Obtain Thai Tax ID Numbers for foreign individuals in Thailand based on tax residency and assist on legalization of documents to provide PIT declaration to foreign revenue departments.
-Liaison with Thai Customs to calculate the duty fee for import and export transactions.
