Jose Herrera is partner and founder of H&P in Thailand. He is a representative of the Association of European Attorneys in Thailand and Iurisgal. In 2020 Asia Business Law, described Jose Herrera as a “notable lawyer” and “strong leader” in the legal sector of Thailand. In 2024 he was named “the most influential Spanish speaking lawyer in Asia” and was awarded as one the top lawyers in 2024.
Mr. Jose Herrera has a Bachelor Degree in Law at the University of Granada (Spain) and a postgraduate diploma on International Trade, Incoterms and Letter of Credit. He has double nationality: Spanish and Argentinian and previously worked in jurisdictions such as Malaysia, Poland and Spain during years.
It is important to highlight his credentials by having worked with institutions such as the University in California in United States, Zhejiang University in China, Santander Bank, BBVA, his work with Thailand Board of Investment BOI and his close relationship with different foreign governments. Mr. Herrera is the author of 3 books. He also has been selected speaker with Bangkok Bank and UOB. He works in English and Spanish language in Bangkok.
