Senior Associate Lawyer
Ms. Isaree Pattaratheantai is an Associate Lawyer at H&P office in Bangkok. She obtained her Bachelor Degree in Law at Thammasat University.
Before joining H&P, she worked extensively during several years in the area of IP protection and IP litigation at two prestigious Thai IP Law firms. She also did a remarkable pro bono work on protection of the rights of stateless person in Thailand.
Nowadays she is key member of H&P Litigation team and she handles some works for our “private clients” and corporate works for Thai and Foreign investors. She has an extensive experience conducting due diligence or legal investigations on Thai companies, providing International Tax Exposure opinions for foreign clients and commercial law memorandums.
She holds a Thai Lawyer License and is a registered Notary in Thailand. Ms. Isaree works in Thai and English languages.

-Advice in International Tax Law and Thai Tax Law for high-net-worth individuals with residence in Thailand.
– Assistance a stateless person to obtain Thai identification card and access to the fundamental rights
