She earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Thammasat University. With extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, Ms. Suppaluk has worked for several years advising investors on establishing legal entities in Thailand.
She specializes in providing legal opinions and practical solutions in corporate matters, as well as assisting clients with work permit and visa applications. Her expertise extends to guiding businesses through the entire lifecycle of operations, from initial setup to the final stages of liquidation.
She has substantial experience in conducting due diligence, handling Board of Investment (BOI) applications, Foreign Business License (FBL) applications, and facilitating compliance under the U.S.-Thailand Treaty of Amity. She holds a Thai Lawyer License and is proficient in both Thai and English.
